




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical specialist to drive the evolution and standardization of the Jenkins platform, contributing to architectural decisions and the implementation of best practices, ensuring its reliability and efficiency. We are looking for someone to serve as a **technical specialist**, collaborating with the team to contribute to **architectural decisions**, **implementation of best practices**, **monitoring and automation**, and ensuring the platform is reliable, efficient, and future-ready (e.g., agent migration to Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code). **Responsibilities:** * Administer, evolve, and standardize the **Jenkins platform**; * **Create and maintain versioned scripts, PowerShell modules**, and pipelines, automating deployments and service integrations; * **Implement monitoring for the Jenkins platform** and workflows, ensuring visibility and efficient alerts (integration with Zabbix, dashboards, logs); * **Evaluate, install, and update plugins**, analyzing upgrade impacts and proposing removals where feasible; * **Support the migration and usage of agents on Kubernetes**, preparing the platform for greater scalability and flexibility; * **Understand the logic of existing jobs**, assist in **troubleshooting**, and provide technical guidance to teams using the platform; * **Define standards for pipelines, coding, and deployment**, promoting consistency, reusability, and simplified maintenance; * **Maintain up-to-date technical documentation**, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational continuity; * **Participate in architectural decisions and platform evolution**, providing recommendations grounded in practical experience and industry best practices. **Requirements and Skills:** * **Proven Jenkins experience** in heterogeneous/mixed environments (declarative jobs, multijobs, and UI); * **Solid knowledge of automation and scripting** (PowerShell mandatory; Python valued); * **Experience integrating Jenkins** with monitoring systems and CMDBs (e.g., Zabbix); * Experience with **pipeline versioning**, CI/CD as code, and source code management (Git); * **Experience with Windows agents**, and knowledge of Linux platforms is a plus; * Ability to **explain complex technical concepts to non-specialist teams** or colleagues from other departments; * **Proactivity and initiative** to anticipate problems and improvement opportunities; * **Ability to analyze complex failures**, propose solutions, and document processes. **Our Offer:** * Work-life balance; * 5 additional days of maternity leave; * Employee Assistance Program (support in areas such as Psychology, Psychosocial, Legal, and Finance); * Hybrid work model; * Employee Stock Program; * Flexible benefits; * Health and life insurance; * Internal mobility program.
