Summary: This role involves producing dashboards, creating analyses, supporting data activities, disseminating data-driven solutions within HR, and providing performance visibility. Highlights: 1. Embrace a Smart Working framework with flexible remote options **Your Main Activities Are** * Production of dashboards \& ad\-hoc reporting * Create descriptive, predictive and quantitative analyses addressing key business priorities and supporting the stakeholders' decision making * Support and monitor the run of these actvities of data analysis, reporting and data mining * Contribute to disseminate a culture of data driven solutions within HR * Provide visibility on performance and activities of BNP Paribas to relevant stakeholders * Data quality and set up of a strong control framework **Profile and Skills to Success** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in Economics, Finance * Ate least 1 year of relevant experience * Proficiency in Excel * Fluent in English * Attention to detail/rigor * Ability to collaborate/teamwork \#LI\-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** BNP Paribas, the European leader in banking and financial services in Europe, operates in 64 countries and has nearly 180,000 employees.
