Alpha HR is hiring Technical Support Agent for our international client in Portugal. **ABOUT THE PROJECT** The project is an American multinational technology company that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells computer software and, more recently, digital marketing software. Their technologies support millions of customers with billions of outstanding experiences across numerous platforms, as well as processing trillions of data transactions on the web. **THE JOB** As a technical support representative, you will assist customers in any situation and resolve their concerns or escalate to higher levels of support.
