Job Summary: We are seeking a mid-to-senior Ruby on Rails Developer to contribute to the architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable and efficient solutions within multidisciplinary teams. This professional will contribute to the architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions. Key Requirements: * Solid production experience with Ruby on Rails (mid-to-senior level). * Strong understanding of MVC architecture and backend best practices. * Experience designing and using service layers to manage business logic. * Practical knowledge of React and modern frontend development concepts. * Experience with Docker for development and/or deployment. * Familiarity with Elasticsearch or equivalent search technologies. * Ability to work with modular and scalable codebases. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality. * Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. * Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English (spoken and written) — B2 level. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with access management systems, identity systems, or approval mechanisms. * Knowledge of design patterns and clean architecture principles. * Experience building enterprise-grade or large-scale applications.
