Join us and become part of a passionate organization driven by innovation and excellence. **About the Role:** We are seeking a **Network Security Engineer (Level 3)** to join a team responsible for operating, managing, and evolving network security solutions in enterprise environments. The candidate’s primary mission will be to ensure the protection, availability, and efficiency of the security infrastructure through operation and configuration of network security technologies, policy management, incident resolution, and implementation of continuous improvements. This role requires technical autonomy and experience in complex security environments, with the ability to perform troubleshooting, respond to security incidents, and collaborate with Security Operations Center (SOC) teams. The candidate will also play an active role in solution documentation, application of hardening best practices, and continuous optimization of existing security controls. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **5 years of professional experience in Network Security**, with autonomy commensurate with a **Level 3** profile; * Experience in operation, configuration, and support of network security solutions; * Solid knowledge of firewall management, VPNs, network segmentation, security policies, and secure connectivity; * Experience in troubleshooting and responding to security incidents; * Ability to work collaboratively with **SOC** teams; * Experience with security solutions such as **Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, Netskope**, or equivalent technologies; * Knowledge of technical documentation, continuous improvement, and hardening processes. **Preferred Certifications (or equivalent experience):** * **Cisco CCNA** certification or equivalent experience; * **CompTIA Security+** certification; * **Fortinet NSE 4 / FortiOS** certification or current equivalent certification; * **Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)** certification.
