Job Summary: Customer service and assistance in the dining area, menu presentation, order taking, and food and beverage service, collaborating with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Support in organizing and cleaning the workspace. **The Folks**, with 6 locations across Lisbon, is currently recruiting a **Waiter/Waitress** to join its team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service and assistance in the dining area; * Menu presentation and clarification of questions; * Order registration and transmission; * Table service of food and beverages; * Transporting beverages and dishes to tables; * Clearing and resetting tables; * Supporting organization and cleaning of the workspace; * Collaborating with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure high-quality service; * Cash register opening and closing; **We Offer:** * Employment contract; * 40 working hours per week; * 2 rotating days off per week; * Attractive working schedule; * Base salary + meal allowance (€10.20/day – Coverflex) + holiday allowance + Christmas allowance; * Additional income from *tips* and performance-based bonuses; * Daily breakfast provided; * Integration into a dynamic team and collaborative work environment; * The opportunity to learn more about the world of **specialty coffee** and grow daily in this continuously expanding sector. **Requirements:** * Experience in hospitality; * Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn; * **Good command of English**, sufficient to communicate with customers and understand orders and requests; * Knowledge of **Portuguese** is highly valued; * Other languages are considered an asset; * Valid identification document: Citizen Card, Residence Card, or Letter of Interest accompanied by Passport + NISS/NIF **(Please submit your application only if you meet these requirements)** * **Immediate availability is ideal.** If you believe you meet the requirements, please send us your application.
