Involves requirements collection, scheduling, and risk documentation **Location:** Oeiras, Portugal **Security Clearance:** NATO Secret **Deadline for application:** 25/06/2026 **Skills, knowledge, experience required:** * At least 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, IT service delivery, or system integration; * Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning, financial tracking, and SLA processes; * University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT Management, or a related discipline. **Desirable:** * Experience working within NATO, military, or other large international organizations; * Knowledge of NATO CIS structures, NCIA service delivery, and enterprise IT transformation programs (NDW, NPCL/PBN, FMN, AFN/AFS); * PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Intermediate, or PMP certification. **Duties/role:** * Providing project support across the IT portfolio, including requirements collection, scheduling, progress tracking, and risk documentation; * Supporting cost analysis, financial tracking, and reporting to ensure alignment with approved funding lines and NATO financial regulations; * Assisting with budget preparation and execution for IT projects, including forecasts, monitoring expenditure, and preparing financial reports. **Additional information:** If you are interested, for further information, please contact the point of contact for this offer.
