Professional growth opportunities We are recruiting a **DevOps Engineer** (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of hybrid work. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields (preferred); * 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Administration; * Solid experience in Linux and Open Source environments; * Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar; * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization; * Cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Experience in automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet); * Monitoring/logging knowledge (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana); * Experience troubleshooting distributed infrastructures and critical environments; * Networking and protocol knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, Load Balancing); * Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) (preferred); * Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, or relational databases (preferred); * Experience in enterprise environments and high-availability infrastructures (preferred); * English level B2 or higher (preferred). **What we offer:** * Flexible working arrangements (hybrid); * Regular mentoring plan; * Participation in innovative and internationally scaled technology projects; * Competitive compensation aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday day off and referral bonus.
