Deliver outstanding products that meet customer needs **Description du poste** A BA who manages a product throughout the Product Lifecycle. From analysing user requirements, over design to product marketing Roles \& Responsibilities: * Ability to collaborate with stakeholders * Ability to collaborate with the team to make the solution future\-proof * Enhanced skills in product backlog management * Ability to deliver outstanding products that meet customer needs * Understanding and representing business \& users' needs * Creating a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision\-making * Support the product owner on his decision making. The PO will have the market analysis and you will have the delivery data, you will have to align with the PO to spot the best quick wins and help the PO to prioritize the backlog to maximize the value delivered. * Make sure the deadlines are met and the deliveries are aligned with the release schedule, so the new development are delivered on time. * Able to translate high level requirements received from PO in to user stories in the form of acceptance criteria's * Align with the QA team so the new deliveries are tested and ready to go\-live and once live the quality is up to standards. * Align with Tech leads to make sure the team is giving the best they can and the solution they are working on is future proof. * Make sure all the dependencies on other teams are solved before the new developments are picked up. This could mean to coordinate with other dev teams, design teams or even with the Product Owner, to make sure your dev team has all what is needed to be able to start a development. * Negotiate with PO and other stakeholders to make sure the requirements are feasible and the deadlines are reasonable. **Profil*** As you’re wearing many hats, you need good communication, presentation and documentation skills * Understanding of the Scrum framework * Knowledge on AEM is a plus * Knowledge of Jira, Confluence * Collect, analyse, specify and document the business and functional requirements * Establish and execute test cases from business/functional perspectives in order to verify that the solution complies with all requirements **À propos d'Inetum** Inetum is a European leader in digital services.
