Responsibilities: * 5\+ years of experience in an engineering role, such as Software Engineering, or a comparable technical role; * Own delivery execution and support alignment with the technology roadmap; * Drive sustainable, predictable, and high\-quality software delivery; * Act as line manager for engineers, including coaching, feedback, staffing, and performance management; * Bring technology direction and engineering best practices into the team; * Focus on engineering quality, maintainability, and operational excellence; * Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities; * Act as the technical counterpart to the Product Owner within the team; * Shape and help implement our technology strategy, drive standardization, and improvement initiatives; * Foster a collaborative, accountable, and improvement\-oriented engineering culture; * Participate actively in the day\-to\-day work of agile product teams.
