About the Role We are seeking a PHP Developer with proven experience in developing efficient and optimized applications. The ideal candidate must be proficient in PHP and possess a solid understanding of MySQL databases, software architecture (OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code), and the ability to work both on the front-end (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and back-end. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering or related field. * More than 2 years of proven experience in full-stack PHP application development. * Experience with Laravel or Symfony frameworks (preferred). * Proven experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript development. * Experience with jQuery and/or Vue.js framework (preferred). * Proven experience using MySQL databases. * Experience modeling data structures to ensure efficiency and optimization. * Experience creating procedures, triggers, and functions. * Proven experience implementing and integrating REST/SOAP web services. * Solid knowledge of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), Design Patterns, Clean Code, and PSR standards. * Good knowledge of GIT. * Ability to maintain and improve existing code. * Experience with unit testing (preferred). * English level B1/C1. * Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory). * Resident in Portugal (mandatory). * Availability for hybrid work model in Lisbon.
