We are looking for an **Environmental Operator** for **Almeirim**. Join us!
**YOUR CHALLENGE**
As part of the **Quality and Environment Department**, the employee will assume the following responsibilities:
* Ensure routine maintenance of agricultural land associated with the facility;
* Apply phytosanitary products (where applicable);
* Monitor the operation of the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWTP), including parameter monitoring, nutrient replenishment, and record updates;
* Implement and operationalize the annual effluent monitoring plan;
* Support maintenance activities essential to the proper functioning of the IWTP;
* Collaborate in managing inventories of materials, tools, and consumables;
* Carry out collection, transportation, sorting, and packaging of waste (where applicable);
* Ensure scheduling and execution of waste loads (where applicable);
* Actively participate in continuous improvement programs, identifying and proposing actions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of products and services;
* Apply, within the scope of their role, requirements of the integrated management system—namely Quality, Environment, Safety, Energy, Responsible Supply Chain, Major Accident Prevention, and Due Diligence.
**WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
* Completed secondary education (12th grade);
* Training and experience in Driving and Operating Agricultural Tractors (Category T3) (mandatory);
* Training and experience in Forklift Operation (preferred);
* Training and experience in Phytosanitary Product Application (preferred);
* Professional experience in similar roles will be valued;
* Knowledge of Good Practices in the Food Industry and Occupational Health and Safety (preferred);
* Strong work capacity, organization, and ability to manage priorities;
* Team-oriented mindset;
* Interpersonal and communication skills;
* High sense of responsibility.
