With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. **Technical Leader (Java \& Solution Architecture)** **This is your mission** Are you passionate about designing scalable enterprise solutions and leading technical teams? As a **Technical Leader**, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision, ensuring architectural consistency, and driving the continuous evolution of enterprise applications while supporting and mentoring development teams. Build side: * Design and maintain the solution architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, security, and maintainability. * Collaborate with Solution Architects, Subject Matter Experts, and project teams to define technical solutions and estimate implementation efforts. * Guide the design and implementation of Java\-based applications following industry best practices and architectural standards. * Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate technical approaches and innovative solutions. * Produce and maintain high\-quality architecture documentation, technical specifications, and development guidelines. * Promote clean code principles, code quality, and continuous improvement across development teams. Run side: * Ensure service continuity and support the continuous evolution of existing applications. * Lead technical decision\-making and act as the main technical reference for the development team. * Review code to ensure quality, scalability, performance, and security standards are respected. * Coach, mentor, and upskill developers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance. * Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. * Identify opportunities to optimize applications, architecture, and development processes. **This is your background** You have at least **7 years of experience** in demanding software engineering or application architecture environments.
