Who are we looking for? ##### **Network Manager (Junior)** **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor ATM network operations to ensure optimal performance and availability; * Manage incidents, ensuring prompt and high-quality resolution; * Supervise and provide remote support for corrective and preventive maintenance performed by technical assistance providers; * Monitor service levels contracted from providers. **Mandatory technical skills and knowledge:** * Education in IT/IS; * Knowledge of networks and/or systems, and related monitoring tools/solutions; * Proficiency in MS Office tools; * Oral and written English communication skills. **Desirable technical skills and knowledge:** * Experience in monitoring payment terminal or telecommunications networks; * ITIL: Service Management; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Prioritization and organizational skills. **Work arrangement:** Hybrid (3 days per week at the Lisbon office).
