About the Role We are seeking a Senior professional with over 10 years of experience in technical leadership and hybrid infrastructure architecture (on-prem and Azure). The Infrastructure / Cloud & Sysadmin Tech Lead will be responsible for ensuring the availability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency of platforms. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in Windows/Linux, AD/M365, VMware, and networking, with emphasis on governance, security, HA/DR, monitoring, and automation (PowerShell/Terraform), and will guide the team by defining standards and driving continuous improvement. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering or related field. * Years of Experience: 7+ years in Infrastructure/Sysadmin, and 2+ years leading technical teams. * Systems Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Windows/AD, M365/Exchange Online, VMware/Hyper-V, networking, and security. * Cloud (Azure): Proven experience with Azure (Entra ID identities, networking, governance, and cost management FinOps). * Business Continuity: Experience with Backups/DR (Veeam) and end-to-end monitoring. * Automation and IaC: Proficiency in Automation (PowerShell) and foundational knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code), specifically Terraform/ARM/Ansible and Bash/Python. * Frameworks: Experience with ITIL and incident/change management. * Leadership/Communication: Excellent soft skills, technical leadership ability, and communication skills. * Preferred Knowledge: Landing Zones, Well-Architected Framework, FinOps, DevOps/ITIL practices. * Languages: Fluent Portuguese; Intermediate/Advanced English. * Other Valued Experience: Intune/MECM (SCCM), Defender, Fortinet/Palo Alto, Certifications (Azure Administrator/Architect, Microsoft, VMware, ITIL), experience in high-demand scenarios (e.g., events, traffic spikes) and on-call responsibilities.
