In this position, you will serve as the face of a globally recognized leader in household appliances and consumer electronics, delivering top\-tier assistance to their Nordic market. **Position Format:** This is a 100% on\-site role operating out of our contemporary, easily accessible corporate office in Lisbon. ### **THE ROLE \& RESPONSIBILITIES** As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first line of communication for the brand. Your mission is to elevate standard support interactions into exceptional, lasting brand moments. * **Multichannel Client Care:** Manage incoming requests from Danish\-speaking consumers across phone, email, and live chat, addressing questions about product attributes, warranties, shipping, setups, and purchases. * **Technical Troubleshooting:** Attentively listen to client concerns regarding home appliances and electronics, run diagnostics on the issues, offer straightforward solutions, or liaise with our technical repair network. * **Information Management:** Precisely log and track all client communications, feedback, and resolutions within our CRM platform to ensure flawless case tracking. * **Brand Ambassadorship:** Develop an exhaustive knowledge of the company's product catalog, innovations, and philosophies, embodying them with genuine care and professionalism. * **Skill Development:** Engage in ongoing, compensated training programs to keep pace with new item releases, technical updates, and advanced service practices. ### **CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS** We place the highest value on an optimistic outlook, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication abilities.
