About the Role We are looking for a Cloud/Wintel Administrator with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles and 5+ years of overall IT experience to manage hybrid environments based on Azure and Windows/Linux systems. This critical role focuses on incident resolution, monitoring, administration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for Azure services, ensuring availability, performance, and security with 24x7 coverage and monthly preventive rotation. Experience * Minimum 3 years in similar roles + 5 years total IT experience. * Experience with standard service requests, change management, and provisioning. * Azure Skills * Azure Monitoring: Platform monitoring, resource monitoring, Azure DevOps pipeline events, managed databases, etc. * Azure Incident Resolution: Technical support, incident resolution, and coordination with vendors. * Azure Administration: OS management, patch management, Kubernetes (AKS), backups, tagging, dashboards. * Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Review/development of Terraform code and Azure DevOps pipelines. * Windows/Linux Administration * Windows Server (2016/2019/2022): Installation, configuration, and management. * Active Directory & Group Policies: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO management and troubleshooting. * Linux Systems: Installation, configuration, and maintenance. * Performance Optimization: Monitoring, capacity planning, resource allocation. Certifications * Azure certifications (mandatory).
