Responsibility for updating and implementing office policies General Responsibilities Develop, monitor, and maintain the necessary internal processes and procedures, complying with them and ensuring others do so as well, to guarantee smooth administrative operations. This includes: Assisting department managers with recruitment and onboarding of new employees, and offboarding of employees leaving the company; Handling customer inquiries and initial processes, including service contracts and service scheduling; Accounts payable; Accounts receivable; Assisting with payroll; Managing the schedule and appointments of the senior team; Responsible for updating and implementing office policies, establishing procedures and standards to guide office operations; Responsible for managing office services, ensuring that office operations and procedures are organized, correspondence is controlled, filing systems are designed, procurement processes are managed, and all other administrative functions are properly assigned and monitored; Managing the updating of posters for First Aid, Fire Brigade, Occupational Health and Safety, After-Hours Emergency Contacts, Emergency Evacuation, and any others required as part of OHS compliance across all locations; Staying current with technical and professional knowledge by participating in online courses, educational workshops, building networks with other professionals, and reviewing industry publications; Supporting the team in the use and maintenance of office equipment as needed; Preparing operational reports.
