YOU ROLE We are looking for a Java Developer (Kotlin) to join our development team in Lisbon (hybrid work). Your main responsibilities will be: * Support the migration of insurance software from a monolithic architecture to microservices. * Develop and maintain backend services using Java or Kotlin in a desktop‑oriented environment. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid work model to ensure high‑quality delivery. * Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance throughout the migration process.
