Join us, and get better with every move. ### **Perform fleet support activities for Ayvens’ automobile fleet in the following areas:** * Invoice control for services provided by suppliers * Register costs and perform verification and dispute management for supplier documents related to service invoicing * Internal support * Document registration * Reporting and statistical analysis, in accordance with internal procedures, agreed SLAs, and senior management guidelines, to monitor service costs, quality, and deadlines for vehicles under management ### **Job requirements:** * Knowledge in the automotive maintenance field, at technical and invoicing levels (preferred) * Knowledge in the car rental field, at business and invoicing levels (preferred) * Proficiency in IT tools: MS Office (mandatory), IBM AS/400 (preferred), intermediate-level Excel (mandatory) * Experience in data handling and entry (mandatory) * Basic knowledge of invoicing and accounting (preferred) * Strong results orientation based on objectives * Experience in telephone customer service and correspondence with clients * Organisational and planning skills * Interpersonal relationship skills * Customer orientation * Completion of 12th grade or higher (mandatory) * Experience in similar roles (preferred) **Why Ayvens?** With over 3.4 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services, and multi-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
