Summary: Seeking an experienced Construction Engineer Project Manager of Portuguese nationality to independently lead international industrial, infrastructure, and facilities construction projects as the sole on-site manager. Base: Flexible/remote (not based in Portugal) Contract Type: Per project (service provision or fixed\-term) Sector: International construction (industrial, infrastructure, facilities) Seniority: Top manager on site (independent management) Languages: Advanced English required; Portuguese preferred **Function** CNAF Construction is looking for a Project Manager (Construction Engineer) of Portuguese nationality to lead international projects as the number 1 person in charge on site—there will be no other managers or specialists on site. **Requirements (must\-have):** * Engineering degree (Civil/Structural/Mechanical or similar) * 3\+ years as a site Construction PM (industrial/infrastructure/facilities) * Demonstrated field delivery of civil/MEP/structural scopes, vendor \& subcontractor management, HSE/QA/QC, and cost control * Advanced English; Portuguese preferred * Valid passport; willing to deploy internationally **Responsibilities:** Supervise local teams; manage subcontractors and technicians when necessary; Ensure ongoing compliance; Permitting, inspections, and client/owner representative relations; Daily logs, risk management, overwork, and complaints; Strict financial control; timesheets and purchasing plans; Commissioning, work lists, as\-built, O\&M manuals, and final acceptance.
