Your key responsibilities will include: * Defining and evolving application technical architecture, ensuring scalability, robustness, and alignment with business needs. * Providing technical leadership to development teams, promoting software engineering best practices and supporting technical decision-making. * Ensuring the quality of developed solutions, from analysis and technical design through implementation and delivery. * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in defining technological solutions and evolving existing systems. * Contributing to technological modernization and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and architectures. **YOUR PROFILE** ---------------- * Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Software Architecture. * Proven experience in **Tech Lead** or technical team leadership roles. * Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with the **Java EE** stack, including JSF/PrimeFaces, JPA/Hibernate/JDBC, EJB, CDI, and Java APIs. * Experience designing and integrating services and APIs, notably JAX\-RS, JAX\-WS, and JAX\-RPC. * Experience with tools and technologies such as **CORBA, WebLogic, GlassFish, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker**. * Knowledge of web development, particularly **HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript**. * Experience modeling systems using **UML**. * Knowledge of virtualization and administration of technology infrastructure components. * Knowledge of web usability, ergonomics, and accessibility. * Fluency in Portuguese. * Leadership, communication, and cross-team and stakeholder coordination capabilities. * Strong problem-solving orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. **WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING WITH US?** ---------------------------------------------- * At Capgemini Portugal, we foster a flexible and dynamic work environment.
