Participation in technologically challenging and innovative projects. **askblue** is recruiting a **Service Manager** to join its team! **Responsibilities:** * Ensure daily service quality of managed applications; * Manage teams, promoting their growth, training, and motivation; * Perform financial service management, including budgeting and billing; * Monitor and support incident resolution; * Address client requests, ensuring appropriate prioritization and response to emergency situations; * Prepare progress and/or steering reports essential for service monitoring. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or similar IT/Management fields; * Over 5 years of experience in financial services and service management roles; * Excellent communication and presentation skills; * Stress resilience and strong conflict management abilities; * Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and activity tracking capabilities. **Preferred Requirements:** * ITIL certification; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 services; * Technical knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and rolling out information systems, preferably in financial solutions/platforms. **We Offer:** * Stability and integration into a continuously growing company; * Join a dynamic and motivated team; * Opportunity to participate in technologically challenging projects with innovative teams.
