About the Role We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our team and collaborate on ongoing mobile development projects. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications using modern practices and with a strong focus on user experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, UX sensitivity, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering or related field. * Over 5 years of professional Android development experience. * Proven experience in UI development with strong UX sensitivity. * Solid knowledge of MVVM architecture. * Experience integrating RESTful APIs and client-server communication. * Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. * Good understanding of mobile architectures and application lifecycle. * Fluent English (minimum B2 level). * Residence in Portugal. * Availability for a hybrid model (1 day/week onsite). Nice-to-Have * Practical experience with Java and Kotlin. * Familiarity with Jetpack Compose. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). * Experience with Google Cloud and Firebase.
