You will be responsible for monitoring executions, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance, managing tickets, and acting as a bridge between business and development teams, guaranteeing operational stability, quality, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Monitor daily RPA operations**, ensuring successful executions, SLA adherence, and KPI reporting; respond swiftly to incidents and exceptions.
