With several national and international projects underway, we intend to strengthen our team. We are recruiting a **Java / Web Developer with a focus on Artificial Intelligence Adoption**. The Challenge We seek a professional who, beyond software development, will **support the organization in defining, implementing, and consolidating Artificial Intelligence methodologies and tools**, actively contributing to transforming the company’s software development paradigm. This person will work side-by-side with technical teams, helping structure best practices, select appropriate tools, and integrate AI effectively, securely, and sustainably into development processes.
