Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure that the Squad’s activities, deliverables, and documentation are planned, tracked, and completed in accordance with established processes and quality criteria. We are currently looking for **Governance & Operations Delivery** ***Requirements:*** The role focuses on ensuring that the Squad’s activities, deliverables, changes, and documentation are properly planned, tracked, recorded, and completed according to defined processes and quality criteria. ***Key Responsibilities Include:*** * Operational tracking of backlog, activities, actions, risks, dependencies, and blockers; * Ensuring traceability among requests, activities, changes, documentation, and evidence; * Preparing and facilitating Squad progress meetings; * Follow-up on agreed actions, owners, and deadlines; * Applying and monitoring quality criteria and delivery completion; * Ensuring no activity is closed without required documentation and evidence; * Governance of runbooks, procedures, Knowledge Base, standards, diagrams, and technical documentation; * Release, change, testing, implementation plan, rollback, and post-change validation tracking; * Coordination with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes; * Production of operational and executive reporting; * Timely identification and escalation of risks, deviations, and blockers. ***Professional Experience (Mandatory)*** * 7+ years in operational governance, technical PMO, Service Delivery Support, or Operations Coordination; * 3+ years in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) with technical teams (infra/ops/devops). * Proven experience implementing governance and QA (not just reporting). * Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, or ServiceNow; * Experience managing backlog, risks, dependencies, actions, and reporting; * Experience governing technical and operational documentation; * Experience tracking technical teams in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, automation, or operations; ***Professional Experience (Preferred)*** * Technical background (infra/ops/devops) to validate and challenge deliverables. * Experience with ITSM/ITIL and change management (CAB, risk, evidence). * Certifications (Scrum Master, ITIL, Prince2) are valued. ***Location:*** Lisbon ***Work Mode:*** Hybrid ***Salary Range:*** €2,800 – €3,000 / monthly net. ***Note:*** Includes all components: base salary, variable compensation, meal allowance, remote work allowance, and benefits.
