We are seeking a professional to define, design, program, and support industrial automation systems, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

**Your Responsibilities:**
* Define functional, safety, and maintainability requirements for automation systems, ensuring compliance with standards and technical specifications;
* Design and size automation, control, and supervision architectures for industrial equipment;
* Program, configure, simulate, and test automation systems, including PLCs, communication networks, HMIs, motion control, machine vision, supervision systems, and industrial robotics;
* Support the selection and specification of industrial automation equipment;
* Participate in commissioning, installation, startup, and technical support at industrial sites;
* Collaborate in preparing technical and safety manuals;
* Support budgeting and technical definition of projects;
* Record and track technical activities performed during projects;
* Monitor and support problem resolution during installation and implementation;
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for processes, quality, and efficiency;
* Comply with and promote the organization’s safety, quality, and environmental standards.
**What We Value:**
* Technical or higher education (Level 4 CNQ or above) in Automation, Electrotechnics, or a related field;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation;
* Knowledge of programming and commissioning of programmable logic controllers (Siemens TIA Portal / SIMATIC preferred);
* Experience with SCADA/HMI systems (WinCC preferred);
* Knowledge of industrial networks (Profinet, Profibus, Industrial Ethernet, AS\-i);
* Experience in industrial robotics (ABB, KUKA, Staubli) and/or motion control (Sinamics, Simotion);
* Basic knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and machine vision;
* Familiarity with the Machinery Directive and CE marking (preferred);
* Proficiency in technical drawing tools (AutoCAD) and user-oriented IT applications;
* Fluent English (spoken and written);
* Autonomous, organized profile with strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
