This role requires deep expertise in Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, and advanced troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will lead complex projects, provide Level 3 support, and ensure secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure solutions. **Qualifications** * **8\+ years of expertise** in Windows Server technologies and cloud engineering. * **Bachelor’s degree** in a related field or **equivalent relevant experience**. * Strong knowledge of **Microsoft DFS**, **IIS**, **Active Directory**, and **file services**. * Proficiency in **PowerShell scripting** for automation. * Hands\-on experience with cloud environments like **AWS** or **Azure**. * Expertise in **incident, problem, and change management** processes. * Familiarity with **DevOps tools** (GitHub, Ansible, Terraform), **Dynatrace** and **AI** is a plus. * Excellent communication skills in **English** (mandatory); Spanish and French are a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a **global, international team environment**. **Additional Information**
