Key responsabilities **Supplier Management (Accounts Payable)** * Oversee the full accounts payable cycle (invoice\-to\-pay); * Ensure the accurate recording of supplier invoices in compliance with accounting standards; * Perform regular reconciliation of supplier accounts; * Monitor and optimize payment terms and cash flow. **Procurement \& Sourcing** * Manage sourcing processes and negotiate with strategic suppliers; * Ensure the efficient procurement of goods and services, focusing on cost, quality, and delivery time; * Evaluate and monitor supplier performance; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement. **Control and Compliance** * Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and tax regulations; * Implement robust internal controls within the procurement function; * Ensure adherence to contractual obligations. **Reporting and Analysis** * Produce financial and operational reports related to suppliers and procurement; * Analyze KPIs; * Support the monthly and annual accounting closing processes; * Contribute to cost forecasting and budget control.
