Develop data-driven insights to support strategy formulation The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C\-level executives and will be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role also involves coordination across multiple internal departments, as well as potential collaboration with external consultants and partners. ROLE: Collaborate closely with department heads and executive leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives; Develop data\-driven insights to support strategy formulation and decision\-making; Address and resolve critical cross\-functional issues affecting the business; Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong academic background in Business, Economics, or Engineering; Proven ability to think strategically and analytically while solving complex problems; Leadership skills, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently; Capacity to perform in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent projects.
