Job Summary: We are seeking an Inside Sales & Certifications Specialist to manage, control, and optimize equipment sales processes, providing technical and administrative support to the sales team and dealer network. At **PALFINGER Portugal**, we are looking for an **Inside Sales & Certifications Specialist** to ensure the management, control, and optimization of processes related to equipment sales. This role provides **technical and administrative support to the sales team and the official dealer network**. **Tasks** --------- **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage product certifications for Palfinger equipment, ensuring compliance with Portuguese and EU regulations, including preparation and follow-up of required technical documentation. * Coordinate with authorities, partners, customers, and internal teams as the primary contact for certification and regulatory matters, while monitoring regulatory changes and their impact on products. * Provide technical and administrative support to the sales team and official dealers, including technical feasibility checks with Engineering and the Technical Office. * Process and manage customer orders and project data in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and appropriate coordination among internal departments. * Supervise project execution and planning, including cost control, delivery scheduling, stock planning, factory coordination, and monitoring of deadlines, quality, and profitability. **Requirements** ---------------- **Requirements** **Experience**: * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in inside sales, sales technical support, certification, or regulatory functions. * Experience in the automotive, industrial equipment, or machinery industry is a strong advantage. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. * Familiarity with certification processes or regulatory environments is an advantage. **Languages:** * English is valued. * Spanish is valued. **IT Skills:** * MS Office, especially advanced Excel. * Experience with CRM systems. * Experience with ERP systems and/or SAP. **Benefits** ------------ **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Gym allowance * Health insurance If this position matches your profile and you seek growth within a dynamic commercial and technical environment, we encourage you to apply. **\*By submitting your application, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal data to the recruitment agency LHH (Lee Hecht Harrison, S.L.), which is conducting this selection process!\***
