We support them in their skills advancement and provide real opportunities for growth. **As a DevSecOps Engineer at Ivy Partners, you will be required to:** * Define a technological approach to security operation challenges; * Develop, deploy, and support security platforms and systems that strengthen our operations; * Collaborate with the existing team to identify and implement improvements in systems; * Conduct regular assessments to ensure proper integration and functionality of our systems; * Contribute to the architectural design of new security solutions; * Monitor technological trends and advancements relevant to the role; * Record and document accomplished work. **About You** **You are our ideal candidate if:** * You hold a higher education degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience; * You have at least one year of experience in similar roles, with strong problem\-solving capabilities; * You are proficient in scripting and programming (Python or equivalent), Linux Operating Systems, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code practices. * You possess knowledge in the field of security and experience with SOC platforms, including implementation and management of XDR/EDR, SIEM, and SOAR solutions; * You demonstrate analytical ability, critical thinking, proactivity, autonomy, and effective teamwork and communication skills. * Have a good level of English, written and spoken. **Why Join Ivy Partners?** **Care** \| We care about our employees by creating a supportive environment where everyone is valued and empowered with training and growth prospects. **Trust** \| We believe in building strong and long\-lasting relationships with our clients.
