If you have experience in Appian development and are looking for a new challenge in an innovative, collaborative technological environment focused on high\-quality solutions, this opportunity may be for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and implement solutions in Appian * Participate in functional and technical requirement analysis * Integrate applications with external services via REST and SOAP * Work with relational databases and SQL queries * Ensure quality, performance, and maintenance of developed solutions * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid/remote environment * Support continuous improvement of processes and applications * Contribute to efficient deliveries aligned with business needs **Required Skills** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Appian development and implementation * Experience integrating with external services (REST/SOAP) * Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL) * Ability to work in teams and collaborative environments * Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity * Experience in banking environments (preferred) **Additional Information** At Tieto, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
