As a leading technology company, we specialize in multichannel digital communication and messaging services, helping businesses enhance interactions with their customers through seamless and innovative solutions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Gather and analyse reporting requirements and business needs across different departments * Develop dashboards, reports and data visualisations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) * Model data and ensure efficient data organisation (e.g., star schema, data marts) * Develop and maintain data integration processes (ETL/ELT) * Ensure data quality and consistency by identifying and correcting anomalies * Monitor and analyse KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement * Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, internal and external systems) * Collaborate with technical and business teams to enhance data\-driven decision\-making * Document data models, processes and developed reports * Support data governance initiatives and best practices in information management **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field * Previous experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar roles * Strong knowledge of SQL * Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) * Experience in data processing, transformation and analysis * Knowledge of data modelling * Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detail * Good communication skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights * Fluent in English, both written and spoken. * **Availability to work in a hybrid model** (2\-3 days a week at the Lisbon office). **WHAT WE OFFER** * **A Welcoming Workplace:** Enjoy our newly renovated office in Alcântara, designed for a dynamic, friendly, and multidisciplinary team. * **Work\-Life Balance:** We offer a hybrid and flexible work model, respecting both your professional and personal time. * **Professional Development:** We are committed to helping you grow and achieve your goals.
