We have a strong focus on the career and development opportunities of all our people, and making sure our employees are proud of working at Avanade is central to us! **Together we do what matters.** **Key Responsibilities:** * In the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) space, you’ll act as the crucial link between client business needs and technical implementation teams. * Translate client business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs. * Prepare clients to use solutions by analyzing business and operations changes. * Your normal working day will involve a mix of client consulting, system configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting within the Microsoft ecosystem. Qualification **Skills and experiences we look for** * Strong Business Analysis fundamentals: requirements elicitation, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping. * Hands‑on functional experience with Dynamics 365, preferably Field Service. * Understanding of Work Orders, Assets/Equipment, Scheduling, and Field Service processes. * Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. * CRM and integration awareness (e.g. Dynamics/Salesforce, external IDs, data sync). * Experience with JIRA. **About you** * You legally live in Portugal, speak Portuguese \& English and you’re willing to do a hybrid job (office in Lisbon). * You have 1–2 year(s) of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst. * You’re analytical, curious. * You’re a team player and good communicator. * You’re a problem\-solver, patient and quality\-driven. * You’re self\-motivating and have an innovative mindset.
