Timestamp SI is looking for a Senior SQL Server DBA with AlwaysOn experience to join a dynamic team focused on innovation, modern methodologies, and new technologies. The role will be performed in a hybrid work model and includes one week of preventive leave. **Responsibilities:** Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases; Manage, configure, and monitor SQL Server AlwaysOn Availability Groups environments; Ensure database availability, performance, and security; Implement and validate backups, restores, and recovery plans; Monitor and optimize performance, identifying and resolving incidents; Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams in implementing new solutions; Participate in incident resolution and continuous service improvement. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a SQL Server DBA; Solid knowledge of SQL Server AlwaysOn; Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and database optimization; Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies; Ability to work collaboratively in a team; Problem-solving skills; Strong communication and organizational skills. **Work Model:** Hybrid work model; Includes one week of preventive leave.
