Organize and control the financial activities of the Directorate, with a focus on the maintenance area, ensuring compliance with procedures and efficient resource allocation.

**YOUR MISSION**

Organize and control the financial activities of the Directorate, focusing on the maintenance area, ensuring the preparation of the budget and management information in coordination with the Finance Directorate, guaranteeing compliance with procedures, defined objectives, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to Company standards.**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

* Prepare the annual budget and respective revisions by region and establishment, proposing alternative actions and corrective measures whenever necessary
* Produce KPIs and periodic reporting, ensuring visibility of the available budget per establishment and region
* Provide management information to support regional teams in efficiently managing the maintenance budget
* Support the development of cost projections and historical data for major investments (renovations and new construction), contributing to the definition of efficient benchmarks
* Ensure alignment with the Finance Directorate in executing processes and complying with standards (invoicing, budgets, provisions, among others)
**YOUR PROFILE**

* Higher education degree in Management or Finance
* 5–6 years of experience (financial area)
* Knowledge or experience in store operations
* Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
* Power BI knowledge (nice-to-have)
