Tasks * Stay in close contact with our international team to deliver the best IT solution for our customers * Responsibility for the performance and integration of your team * Design of development processes * Coaching the development team * Conceptualization and design of development processes * Contribute to project planning and estimations * Ensure technical alignment with business goals * Optimize system performance and reliability Requirements * Master's degree in computer science or similar * At least 5 years of professional experience with ERP systems, IT integrations and web applications * Very good skills in Python * Experience with JavaScript \& Odoo; QWeb is an advantage * Knowledgeable in business topics and understanding of advanced business processes * Very fast comprehension, analytical working method \& high commitment * English speaking team player Benefits * Real impact: with us, nothing is set in stone.
