This role combines technical development and team leadership on complex projects involving system modernization and enterprise solution integration within mission-critical environments. **Requirements:** * Over 6 years of experience in **Java development and technical team leadership**. * Solid experience in **Java, JSF, Hibernate, Oracle, and PrimeFaces**. * Practical experience with **continuous integration (Jenkins)** and **Agile methodologies**. * Experience with **version control and code quality tools** (Git, SonarQube, JUnit). * Knowledge of **web service design and integration** (REST and SOAP). * Experience in **legacy system refactoring or migration** will be considered an advantage.
