We are seeking an ETL Developer to join a cross-functional team dedicated to maintaining and supporting our Data Factory framework, participating in the development lifecycle, quality assurance, and technical innovation.

**Location:** Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid model)
**Languages:** Portuguese and English (Fluency); French (Preferred)
**About the Mission:** We are looking for an **ETL Developer** to join a cross-functional team dedicated to maintaining and supporting our **Data Factory** framework. This program is strategic for the organization, focused on building a centralized repository of harmonized data using relational databases and modern ETL processes to ensure maximum data quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Development Lifecycle:** Participate in all phases (analysis, development, testing, and implementation), with emphasis on **IBM DataStage PX** and **SQL**.
* **Quality Assurance:** Perform unit, integration, and automation testing (using tools such as Octane or Quality Center).
* **Support and Maintenance:** Provide Level 3 support for the application portfolio and monitor performance, resolving incidents as needed.
* **Technical Innovation:** Develop and customize DataStage components, contribute to defining technical solutions, and identify innovative proofs of concept (PoC).
* **Documentation:** Prepare the development environment and document test evidence for customer acceptance.
**Technical Requirements:**
* Proficiency in **IBM DataStage PX** or similar ETL tools.
* Strong development skills in **SQL** and **PL/SQL**, with focus on **Oracle** databases.
* Experience with **Shell scripting** and **Unix/Linux** environments.
* Knowledge of **GIT** and **Jenkins**.
* Ability to perform technical analysis and document bugs/code changes.
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience with REST APIs and service/event-oriented architecture.
* Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Ansible).
* Experience working with **Agile** methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or Lean).
