Responsibilities: * Define data mappings and migration rules (SuccessFactors UKG Payroll) * Support data extraction and cleansing activities * Validate employee and payroll\-related data * Lead data reconciliation activities * Ensure data quality and challenge inconsistencies * Collaborate with Business Analysts to align data with business processes Essential skills: * 5–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst * Strong experience with data migration and data analysis * Knowledge of HR data models * Experience with Excel and SQL * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * High attention to detail * Ability to challenge vendor outputs and ensure data quality * Fluent English (mandatory) What do I need before I apply: Applicants must already be living in Portugal
