YOUR ROLE**As a Software Project Manager (Fixed Price Projects), you will:** * **Plan and deliver closed\-scope, fixed\-price software projects**, ensuring strict adherence to contractual commitments, delivery standards, and timelines. * **Lead day\-to\-day service delivery operations**, guaranteeing compliance with SLAs and KPIs. * **Build and nurture strong client relationships**, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. * **Drive service improvement initiatives** to enhance operational performance and maximize client satisfaction. * **Collaborate with technical leads and project teams** to ensure seamless integration between services and project deliverables. * **Monitor service performance proactively**, identifying and mitigating risks, deviations, and potential issues before they impact delivery. YOUR PROFILE* **Minimum of 6 years’ experience in project management**, with a proven ability to deliver complex software projects successfully. * **Track record of delivering fixed\-price and closed\-scope projects** in the local market, meeting contractual, timeline, and quality commitments. * **Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid methodologies**, with hands\-on experience applying best practices to optimize delivery. * **Solid background in software development**, ensuring full comprehension of project lifecycles and technical dependencies. * **Expertise in managing SLAs, KPIs, and client\-facing service operations**, driving performance and compliance. * **Recognized project management credentials**; certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly valued. * **Fluent in Portuguese and English**, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication across diverse stakeholders. * **Good communication and stakeholder management skills**, with a strong ability to align expectations and deliver measurable business value.
