Contribute to test automation and continuous process improvement **Software Developer \& Tester** -------------------------------- We are looking for a Software Developer \& Tester to join our IT team. In this role, you will participate in developing applications and RPA solutions, as well as defining and executing tests throughout the entire development lifecycle. You will also play an active role in identifying and resolving bugs, improving performance, and automating tests. If you’re looking for a challenge where development and quality go hand-in-hand, this could be the right opportunity for you. **About the Role:** * Develop RPA solutions, and test and maintain software applications; * Participate in the entire software development lifecycle—from analysis and design through implementation and support; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions; * Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical data and reporting solutions; * Identify and fix bugs and performance issues; * Analyze requirements and functional specifications, creating test plans and test cases; * Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT tests; * Identify, log, and track defects to resolution; * Contribute to test automation and continuous quality process improvement. **What We’re Looking For:** * 2–4 years of software development experience; * Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C\#, JavaScript/TypeScript); * Knowledge of modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, React, Angular, or .NET); * Experience with relational databases; * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; * Strong problem-solving ability and team spirit. **We Value:** * Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps. **Why join EOS Portugal:** * International and innovative work environment; * Hybrid work option or 37-hour workweek; * Continuous training; * Health insurance; * Work-life balance; * Networking opportunities. **Ready to take on the challenge?**
