Opportunity for career progression Job Description: A 4-star hotel is looking to strengthen its Restaurant & Bar team by hiring a Waiter/Waitress (Second Class). We seek professionals with experience in table service, customer orientation, and passion for hospitality and food service. Main Responsibilities: - Deliver table and bar service according to the hotel's established standards; - Prepare, organize, and maintain the dining area during all service periods; - Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner; - Record orders and serve food and beverages; - Ensure cleanliness, organization, and restocking of work areas; - Comply with HACCP procedures and hygiene and safety regulations; - Collaborate with Kitchen, Bar, and Front Office teams to ensure efficient service. Required Profile: - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry; - Knowledge of Food Service/Hospitality and HACCP; - Strong communication and customer service skills; - Professional appearance and demeanor; - Sense of responsibility, dynamism, and teamwork; - Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; - Fluent Portuguese and basic English proficiency.
