We are looking for a **Head Waiter** with prior experience in the hospitality industry, strong leadership abilities, and a genuine passion for customer service, to actively coordinate daily operations. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the front-of-house team during service * Ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience for all guests * Train, onboard, and support new team members * Organize staff schedules and assign tasks to the team * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and food hygiene and safety standards * Monitor performance indicators, service quality, and customer satisfaction * Support management in implementing processes, continuous improvement, and operational development * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure fast and efficient service * Resolve complaints and operational issues professionally and proactively We seek candidates with: * Prior experience as Head Waiter, Assistant Head Waiter, Shift Manager, or similar role * Leadership and team management capabilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and results orientation * Ability to work effectively under pressure * Knowledge of HACCP (an advantage) * Initiative and willingness to contribute to the company’s growth We offer: * Integration into a growing company * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development * Active participation in implementing new processes and improving operations * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Competitive remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience, plus performance-based bonuses after evaluation Salary: €950.00 – €1,100.00 per month Work Location: On-site
