We are recruiting a **PHC Consultant/Programmer** with the following profile: * Proficiency in PHC Desktop, PHC Web, PHC Portal, configurations, user profiles, access rights, DMR, IRS, internal processes, business rules, and functional operation across PHC modules (mandatory); * Proficiency in SQL, SQL Merge, Visual FoxPro, VB.NET, JavaScript, HTML (mandatory); * Database integrations, analysis creation, data synchronization, and validation (mandatory); * Ability to work with N8N, APIs, JavaScript, and SQL (automated processes, searching for announcements in the Diário da República, error detection, pattern identification, and AI application in internal processes); * Knowledge of command-line tools, Python, MySQL, and Python libraries; * OCR/digitization processes, file handling, and automation of technical/documentary processes.
