Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-level Frontend Developer to build modern and responsive web applications, contributing to high-performance and accessible digital experiences. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with UX, backend, and Product Owner teams We are looking for a Mid-level Frontend Developer to join an opportunity focused on developing high-quality, modern, and responsive web applications—contributing to performant, accessible, and frontend engineering best-practice-aligned digital experiences. Responsibilities: · Develop modern and responsive web applications in SPA and SSR contexts; · Translate UI/UX designs into performant, accessible, and well-structured code; · Build components using Angular as the primary technology, with potential collaboration on React or Vue.js; · Apply state management concepts such as NgRx, Signals, or similar; · Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring proper handling of error and loading states; · Conduct cross-browser testing and contribute to performance optimization, with emphasis on Core Web Vitals; · Collaborate on the evolution of design systems and component libraries; · Work closely with UX, backend, and Product Owner teams. Requirements: · Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox and Grid), and TypeScript; · Solid experience with Angular (v20\), including: o Standalone Components o Signals o RxJS o Angular CLI o Module Federation · Familiarity with styling approaches such as Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or Styled Components; · Experience with build tools like Vite, Webpack, or equivalents; · Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright; · Knowledge of Git workflows, including Feature Branches, Pull Requests, and Merge Requests; · Basic understanding of accessibility standards per WCAG 2\.1; · Fundamental knowledge of SEO for public web applications; · Strong design affinity and sensitivity to usability; · Autonomy, proactivity, and initiative; · Strong communication and collaboration skills; · Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban); · Ability to identify and provide feedback on UX topics and technical debt. Preferred Qualifications: · Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), especially SmartEdit, Spartacus / Composable Storefront, and CMS component model; · Experience integrating with Headless CMS platforms such as Storyblok, Contentful, or Sanity; · Knowledge of Micro-Frontend architectures; · Experience using Storybook for component documentation; · Basic Node.js knowledge, e.g., in BFF patterns or SSR adjustments; · Experience in e-commerce contexts, particularly Composable Commerce and PWA; · Basic German language skills.
