In addition to front desk duties, this role is also responsible for the **preparation and opening of the breakfast service**, ensuring everything is ready to welcome the first guests in the morning. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and welcome guests during the night shift, delivering an excellent guest experience. * Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs in compliance with current internal procedures. * Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information about hotel services. * Monitor and control access to hotel facilities, ensuring compliance with security regulations. * Carry out administrative and operational tasks assigned to the night shift, including end-of-day closing and nightly audits when applicable. * Respond promptly and professionally to requests or emergency situations. * Prepare and set up the breakfast area (arranging the room, replenishing supplies, preparing equipment, etc.). * Ensure the breakfast service opens according to scheduled times and established quality standards. * Guarantee cleanliness and presentation of the dining area before guests arrive. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure an effective handover to the morning shift. * Record and report all relevant incidents occurring during the shift. **Qualifications** Your experience and skills include: Personalization and service focus are essential **Additional Information** Experience in the field is an advantage Previous experience with the Opera system or a related system Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, additional languages are a plus.
