Impact Cloud is recruiting for the Integrated Rural Fire Management Agency, IP (AGIF) a Coordinator Expert in Management Control, who will play a central role in assessing and improving the effectiveness of the Integrated Rural Fire Management System (SGIFR). We are looking for an analytical, results-driven professional capable of transforming data into knowledge and strategic decisions that enhance system efficiency and the impact of public policies across the territory. **What you will do:** * Support the implementation of methodologies for monitoring and evaluating the physical and financial execution of SGIFR; * Ensure supervision of planning and execution of SGIFR action programs across different regions; * Analyze existing funding sources and identify new opportunities to support system projects and processes; * Manage and analyze strategic information and performance indicators (KPIs), producing reports and decision-support dashboards; * Develop practices and procedures for management reporting; * Coordinate stakeholder engagement and ensure the smooth operation of the SGIFR online monitoring platform; * Support the preparation of the annual SGIFR activity report based on the execution of PNGIFR and the System; * Monitor AGIF's activity plan execution, ensuring results analysis and reporting; * Contribute to annual and multi-annual planning, aligning objectives, resources, and priorities; * Prepare and monitor AGIF's management tools (SIADAP1\). **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree preferably in **Management** or related fields; * Minimum of **4 years of experience** in project and/or team management; * Proven experience in **strategic and operational planning**; * Solid knowledge in **performance monitoring and analysis**; * Strong **data analysis** skills (SQL, dashboards, reporting); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially **Excel**; * Fluent written and spoken **Portuguese**, preferably also in **English**. **We also value:** * Experience in the **public sector**; * Participation in projects funded by the **European Commission** or national and international programs; * Additional knowledge in **programming** or **computer science**. **What you will find:** A national project with true purpose: strengthening integrated rural fire management and contributing to a more efficient, sustainable, and future-ready territory.
